All services are business tools, not guaranteed outcome systems.
4. No Guarantee of Results
You explicitly acknowledge:
We DO NOT guarantee:
Search engine rankings
Lead quantity or quality
Sales conversions or revenue
Business growth outcomes
Results depend on external factors including market conditions, competition, ad spend, and client execution.
5. Purchases & Payments
By making a purchase, you agree:
To provide accurate billing and contact details
That you are authorized to use the payment method
That all payments are valid and approved
All payments are:
Non-transferable
Subject to verification
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to:
Pricing errors
Fraud suspicion
Service limitations
6. Payment Gateway & Chargeback Protection (STRONG)
Payments are processed via PayU or authorized gateways.
We do not store card or banking details.
Chargebacks & Disputes
You agree that:
You will first contact us before initiating any dispute or chargeback
Filing a chargeback without valid reason will be treated as fraudulent activity
In such cases, we reserve the right to:
Immediately suspend all services
Permanently terminate your account
Initiate legal recovery proceedings, including recovery costs, legal fees, and damages
7. GST & Billing Compliance
GST is charged as per Indian law
Clients must provide correct GST and billing details
No invoice modification allowed after issuance
We are not responsible for incorrect filings due to client errors
Input Tax Credit (ITC) is the client’s responsibility
8. Refund & Cancellation Policy
All purchases are subject to the following:
Services are non-refundable once work has commenced
Digital products/software are non-refundable once delivered, activated, or accessed
Cancellation Window
Cancellation requests must be made within 48 hours of purchase
Requests after 48 hours will not be accepted
Important Note
Delay, dissatisfaction, or change of mind does NOT qualify for a refund
Partial usage of service = no refund eligibility
9. Service Delivery & Timeline
All timelines are estimates only
Delays may occur due to:
Client-side delays
Third-party dependencies
Technical or platform issues
Such delays do not qualify for refunds or cancellations.
10. Subscription & Non-Payment
For recurring services:
Failure to pay may result in:
Immediate suspension
Restricted access
Continued non-payment may lead to:
Permanent termination
Deletion of data without liability
11. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
Provide accurate information
Cooperate during service delivery
Not misuse or exploit the service
12. Prohibited Uses
You agree NOT to:
Violate laws
Attempt hacking or unauthorized access
Distribute malware or spam
Misrepresent identity
Violation- Immediate termination without refund.
13. Intellectual Property
All content, tools, and systems belong to Enterprise Automation
Unauthorized use is prohibited
Ownership transfer (if applicable) only after full payment
14. User Content
You grant us a non-exclusive right to use submitted content for service delivery and marketing purposes.
15. Third-Party Services
We are not responsible for:
Third-party tools (Meta, Google, WhatsApp, etc.)
Their downtime, policy changes, or performance
16. Disclaimer of Warranties
All services are provided:

“As available”
We make no warranties regarding:
Accuracy
Performance
Uninterrupted availability
17. Limitation of Liability
Our maximum liability is strictly limited to:
The amount paid by the client for the specific service
We are not liable for:
Indirect losses
Business loss
Profit loss

18. Termination
We may suspend or terminate services if:
Terms are violated
Fraud is suspected
Abuse or misuse occurs
No refunds in such cases.
19. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures due to:
Natural disasters
Government restrictions
Technical failures
Platform outages

These Terms are governed by Indian law.
